Sorry about the lack of new chapters. I just finished my tour in Iraq and came home, so I didn't have a lot of time in the last month to work on the book. With the holidays, travel, and my birthday coming up, I don't expect to put much work into the book until after the new year.
I hope this doesn't cause any problems for anyone. But I haven't received any comments yet so I don't know how beneficial this book is for people. I will get it finished though; it just might take a bit longer than I thought.
